Repairs & Maintenance — the Punch List, Handled
General repairs, punch-list completion, and ongoing property maintenance for homes and commercial properties across Eastern Washington.
Most contractors only want the big jobs. Gitter Done Construction takes repair and maintenance work seriously — because small problems that don't get fixed become big problems, and because property owners in Eastern Washington deserve a reliable contractor who shows up and does the work right, whether it's a two-hour fix or a two-week project. We've been doing repairs and maintenance work throughout Lincoln County and the greater Spokane area since 2009.
As a full-service general contractor, we also know how to look at a repair and recognize when something is a symptom of a larger issue. If the door won't latch because the framing has shifted, we'll tell you. If the siding is rotting because the flashing above it was never right, we'll fix the root cause, not just the surface. That's how repairs should be done.
What we handle
- General repairs & handyman work — structural, exterior, and interior repairs of all sizes
- Punch-list completion — finishing leftover items from new construction or a previous contractor
- Siding, roof & concrete repairs — fixing failures before they become bigger problems
- Door & window fixes — sticking doors, failed seals, damaged frames & hardware
- Ongoing property maintenance — regular upkeep for homes, rentals, and commercial properties
- Commercial property upkeep — keeping commercial buildings in rentable, code-compliant condition
For homeowners
The punch list at the end of a build or renovation is real work — trim that needs adjusting, hardware that needs to be set, caulk lines that need to be finished. We complete punch-list items for homeowners who had another contractor walk away before the job was done, and we handle repairs on existing homes that have built up a list of deferred maintenance.
Exterior maintenance in Eastern Washington isn't optional — our winters and freeze-thaw cycles punish siding, caulk joints, and exposed wood that doesn't get attention. Catching and fixing a failed caulk joint or a damaged siding board before water gets behind it saves a much bigger repair down the road.
For businesses and property managers
Commercial property owners and rental managers need a contractor they can call who will actually show up and fix things on a reasonable timeline. We work with property owners throughout Lincoln County and the greater Spokane area to handle repairs as they come up — roof patches, siding repairs, door and hardware fixes, concrete issues, and general building upkeep. We can work on a per-call basis or set up a regular maintenance schedule depending on what your property needs.
Built on doing what we say
Repairs are where reputations get made or ruined. We don't oversell — if the issue is small, we fix the small issue. We don't pad scope, we don't leave the job half done, and we don't disappear after the first visit. If we take on your repair, we see it through. That's been true since 2009 and it's still true today.
