Gitter Done Construction has been handling renovations across Eastern Washington since 2009 — from single-room kitchen updates to whole-interior overhauls and commercial tenant improvements. We run every job with the same crew, one point of contact, and a written scope so you know exactly what you're getting before we swing a hammer.

Whether you want to update one room or transform the whole house, we help you figure out a scope that makes sense for your budget and the way you live. Kitchen and bathroom remodels get planned in stages so you're not without a working space longer than necessary. Bigger projects get a realistic schedule up front, written into the contract — not a number we'll quietly revise once we're halfway through your walls.

We handle permits, inspections, and material coordination. You pick the finishes, we manage the rest.

Commercial tenant improvements require speed and coordination — your lease clock is running and your opening date is real. We manage the trades, pull the permits, and phase the work to avoid conflicts, so you can hand off the keys to your general contractor and focus on your business. Interior renovations out here have to account for the same extremes as everything else we build — temperature swings, humidity cycles, and a construction season that rewards working fast and right the first time.
