Do you build on rural land and hillside lots?
Yes. We regularly build on rural acreage and sloped, view lots throughout Lincoln County and the greater Spokane area — including the access, site prep, excavation and foundation work those lots require.
Can you build from my plans, or do you help with design?
Both. We can build from plans you already have, or help you develop a plan that fits your lot, budget, and how you want to live or operate. Either way you get one point of contact from design through the final walkthrough.
How long does a new build take?
It depends on size, site and finishes. We give you a realistic schedule in your written quote up front and keep you posted at every stage, so there are no surprises.
